For recruiters
A digital business card for recruiters
Recruiting runs on being reachable later. The candidate who is not looking today is the placement in eight months, and only if they can still find you.
The candidate who was not ready yet
Most conversations do not convert now. They convert when something changes at their end, which might be a year away. By then you may have changed desk, specialism or agency, and the details they kept no longer reach you.
At a careers fair, in the queue, between meetings
A code on a lanyard or a stand means someone can take your details without a conversation they do not have time for. They scan, save, and move on, and you still exist in their phone when they need you.
What it does for recruiters
Stay reachable through every move
Change agency, desk or number and the card already in a candidate’s phone updates with you.
Take their details, with context
Add a message field and ask what they do, so a reply arrives with enough to act on rather than just a name.
Get the consent question right
Add your own consent wording and the exact text is stored with every contact, so there is a record of what each person agreed to rather than a checkbox nobody can reconstruct.
One tap into their address book
A standard contact file means your name is saved properly, with the right company and number, rather than typed into a note.
Questions recruiters ask
- Is the consent wording a legal document?
- No. It is your text, shown beside a tick box, stored verbatim with each contact so you can see what was agreed. What you need to say is a question for whoever advises you on data protection.
- Can candidates reach me without giving their details?
- Yes. The form is optional and sits below your contact details. Anyone can take your card without filling anything in.
- Can I export the contacts?
- Yes, as a CSV, at any time. They are also posted to your CRM if you have configured that.
